Nginx limit is now 20MB, the validate in the code will not be shown

Possible improvements:
1. Show info below upload with max size
2. Show warning with javascript based on file size (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5697605/limit-the-size-of-a-file-upload-html-input-element)
