Sub-conference program is not shown to sub-conference managers if root is not public
For large conferences such as ICSE with many sub-conferences, the sub-conference managers cannot see the program tab with the program they configured. This is confusing for sub-conference managers.
Possible solution: do show the program to sub-conference managers but with an indicator that it’s not public yet.
