Change the link in the session timeline items to open the session in the program tab on the track page, instead of the general track page

Let me also clarify that the problem happens because I have tweaked the UI. Right now, the session timeline is displaying the session name, not the track name, but it links to the track, not to the session.
The solution could be to add the session ID to the track program and then link from the session timeline. But I do not know if it is feasible.
