Session cleanup is an advanced action that has been added to support a specific workflow where Session Slots get removed prior to importing an updated session schedule.

This will:

• For each track: search for equally named program sessions, where only one session (the active session) has a program slot assigned. The others are considered inactive.
  • For each inactive session:
  • Copy Session Chairs and/or Additional Session Information when this is absent in the active session
  • Delete the session
