Forum for committees and other user groups
A forum-like facility where (selected) members of a committee can post messages on the site, which get emailed to all members.
This could be extended to other user groups, including speakers and attendees.

For example this is a similar kind of feature to anyone that is on the PC for a conference in EasyChair you can easily email all PC members.
