Gives error that the server could not process the requested URL. This URL is sent by ICSE HotCRP for submitting already accepted paper for evaluation.

It looks like it’s missing a whitespace between the URL and “Important”. The URL for the Artifact Evaluation track is: https://conf.researchr.org/track/icse-2025/icse-2025-artifact-evaluation
Can you report it to the chairs?
