We received a report about the error being reported when configuring the questions/options in the workshop proposal system.

Error detected in processing the order of items (options), prevented removal of items from this collection. This is a bug, please report this to conf@researchr.org.

I could not reproduce this yet, so it seems to depend on actions that were performed before saving the questions. The issue resolved itself after the page was refreshed.
