Issue is related to the conference program being created. Its key is derived from the conference edition key and is not updated when the conference edition key changes. So on creation of a new edition in the series, it will takes
splash-changeme-programas key for the program, which is already taken for the program ofsplash2014edition. Will change this to update the program key when edition key updates.
