Create a landing page for each conference series with links to the editions.

This can start out simple with

• the acronym of the series
• the full name of the series
• a single ‘about’ text
• a table with all conference editions of the series
• the current steering committee (copied from the current edition)

We can add more stuff and a fancier look later if necessary. But it would be good to have landing page now.
