We keep hearing that the ‘Tracks’ menu is confusing; let’s change the menu header to ‘Calls’ since those links indeed do lead to the call for contributions for the corresponding track.

In addition, the ‘Program’ menu should have entries that link to the programs of the individual tracks with the same structure of the Calls and Committees menus. (The Program menu should also retain the current entries; so the resulting drop-down menu will have 3 columns.)

Furthermore, a SIMPLE conference, i.e. with a single track should not have a drop-down menu for Calls, but a direct link in place of the drop-down menu header. (done)

Similarly, the track entry in the Committee menu can be inlined in the case of a SIMPLE conference, i.e. put the Program Committee link in the top-level drop-down menu under Committees. (done)
