Add a simple blog feature, where conference managers can assign blog posters who can post articles (similar as new articles). And put it in the side bar, or make an option to do so.

I would rather want to make a general blogging feature that allows everyone with an account to write blog posts. There would be a feed for each blogger. Blogs have to be associated with a conference. The conference can display an aggregated feed of blogs for/about the conference.
