I’m trying to add a second event with the name “SPLASH 2016 Keynote”, which gives “Identity is already used.” error. The title should not be used as identity of event.

I note that unique identities are created by prefixing the name of the track to the title. It would be better to give events a key (integer) that is only unique in a track and index it by track identity and that key in the URL, and use the title as an additional documentation element in the URL, i.e. /track/key/title, for the benefit of search engines. This would also make renaming easier.
