Send an email to persons who have been added to a conference, telling them in what capacity they have been added. If they are not registered yet, send them instructions for registering. That is send a link to personalized registration page (UUID) on which they can chose a password instead of having to sign up from scratch.

Add a button to invite all people who have not been invited yet.
