When a sub-conference, eg workshop, is set to have its own Display Context, the navigation bar at the top/menus in the footer will only display the items from the sub-conference itself. It’s often useful to also show the Attending items from the parent conference. We will therefore add the option to show these attending items as well. Inherited attending items will have a menu header with the name of the parent conference it inherits from.
