Add notion of additional Info Pages to be placed under Misc or Program
We now have Additional Program pages, but not every additional item is associated with the program.

Let’s change Program Pages to become a more generic info-page, with option to place an additional info page under Program or Misc (new). Menu names can be overridden (https://yellowgrass.org/issue/conf.researchr.org/823).
