This is work in progress and this feature will not be available to users other than the system administrators. The idea is to have automated creation of static HTML backups for each website instance. These backups work without running a servlet container, i.e. by serving static HTML (and resource) files.

Later the idea is to set up another server (offsite) that may serve these static copies in case the main server or network is having issues. Also, the static copies should become available on request.
