Use case: Tutorials should have visibility.
Modelling Tutorials as tracks, or even as subconference (they’re non-recurring) would be overkill.
It’s better to have a Tutorials track with the tutorials modelled as events. This will give the tutorial organizers enough freedom in managing the tutorials content while not exposing the whole track/conference configuration to them. However, tutorials won’t get advertised in the menus then. A new configuration option should allow tutorials (or other types) to be displayed in the tracks menu:

A track will get a field (checkbox) with “advertise events in track menu”. If that’s enabled, the track will get a sub-menu with the events of that track. Additionally, it should also be configurable to display the track’s events as toplevel items in the track menu with the track’s name as header above it.
