I have one question for you as well. Is there a way we can customize the workshop notification mail to include some info? The accept/reject button is nice, but if we want to communicate with the authors some remarks I need to leave them in the system as a comment but apparently comments do not generate mails to the authors (or reviewers). I don’t know what it is technically possible time-wise for you, but either customizing the accept/reject message or mailing to authors/reviewers upon a comment would be a very useful feature

If I remember correctly, the system should actually send out a notification when a new comment was added to a proposal. I’ll have a look at this, and the suggested improvements, somewhere this/next week. Thanks for sharing your feedback.
