Now that the online documentation’s a Wiki, it would be useful if all that’s compiled into one PDF document which makes for easier reading (the Wiki’s layout doesn’t use that much of the pixel estate and uses a rather large font).

Yes, I think I will create a new manual based on a (subset) of wiki pages (they’re all .txt markdown files anyway). Have to port all information back into the wiki first.
