when I input Chinese characters as tilte or lable string, the IDE will not let me pass.
Is this a IDE or mobl bug? Does mobl support multi-bytes characters now?

when I open the TipCalculator.mobl file, editor with vim. then compile it using the command line compile. it works fine. so I think it is a IDE bug now. Is there any work around now?

This is a known issue. We have a new version in the works that supports this, we just have to test it some more. It’s coming :) For now, you can externalize your Chinese strings to a language file. For an example, have a look at the internationalization example here: https://github.com/mobl/mobl/tree/master/samples/i18n.
