Using characters like æøå in googleChartUrl title makes it disappear.

Trying “http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?chxr=0,0,41&chxt=y&chbh=a&chs=400x125&cht=bvg&chco=3D7930&chd=s:alrlqs&chg=14.3,-1,1,1&chma=0,5&chm=B,C5D4B5BB,0,0,0&chtt=Siste+6+m%C3%A5neder” in Chrome it worked but giving this as URL to image() the title disappear.
