Internationalization support for mobl::ui::generic controls

Various higher-order controls such as masterDetail, but also backButton have hardcoded strings in them, that should be internationalizable.

In 0.4.2 I still can’t translate masterDetail “Back” and “Detail” when viewing with small width.
