Just wrapping it in an xtc-temp-files should solve it.

Tools using a pp-table create a temporary file in the current directory when invoked with a pp-table in concrete syntax. This file is never removed. This can be fixed by wrapping the tool invocation. Also document that you should invoke the tools with parsed pp-tables.
