Actually, there are 2 issues here.

1. The URL http://conf.researchr.org/track/pldi2015-papers is invalid, and should not be accessible, as it is not requested from within the pldi-conference scope. This causes the page to not show the navigation bar. The correct URL is: http://conf.researchr.org/track/pldi2015/pldi2015-papers
2. There should not be any navigation paths to that (forbidden) URL. https://yellowgrass.org/issue/conf.researchr.org/200
