Taken this as example:

      ISSTA/ECOOP
     /     |     \
ISSTA    ECOOP    COP(shared)

The tracks from COP are shared with ECOOP and ISSTA, such that they are displayed in the track menus for ECOOP and ISSTA.
However, the track sidebar for ECOOP should not show shared tracks from COP and other shared tracks that are not in the spine to the root of the federation. It should only show ECOOP’s own tracks and inherited ones from its parent.
