For some of the action links it’s not immediately clear what they do: [+], [-], and [X] are somewhat clear, but [<-], refs, and [->] are quite mysterious. The status bar information “javascript:void(0)” doesn’t help either (helpful status bar messages are so Web 1.0). One thing you could try to make these links more clear is adding a title attribute to these links, explaining what they do.
