Instead import references into bibliography of choice using <- and -> operations; perhaps distinguish between adding resolved and also unresolved references. Resolving/selecting references in the context of the relevant bibliography makes more sense.

Reference entries are not added to any library; can be added to bibliography using <- and -> after resolution, for the time being.
