Support creation of personal bibliographies as opposed to bibliographies managed by a group.

Anyway, I found the hint to
create a user group first and then create a bibliography for that user
group. Personally, I find this quite cumbersome and it kind of defeats the
purpose of a user group, doesn’t it?

Problem: risk is that it leads to duplication and diverging logic for two (slightly) different types of bibliographies.

Each user has a personal and private ‘Your Library’ bibliography.
