To avoid the addition of duplicates, first ask for title and year, and then present a list of publications that match those data.

Publications are now added to a bibliography, first as entry that needs to be resolved. If entry matches existing publication, that publication is added to the bibliography. Otherwise there is an option to add a new publication record.
